Your training is built around your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment, then refined as you progress. Every week I review your performance, adjust your program when needed, and set progressive overload targets so you're always moving forward with purpose.

Nutrition Coaching that Goes Beyond Macros 

Nutrition is about more than hitting numbers. I review your food logs, hunger, energy, recovery, digestion, and consistency to identify what's driving your progress and what's holding it back. 

Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls

Every two weeks we review your progress together, troubleshoot challenges, answer questions, and adjust your strategy based on what's actually happening, not what should be happening on paper.

Daily Accountability and Support

Coaching doesn't stop when the call ends. I'm inside the app reviewing your workouts, habits, check-ins, and progress throughout the week so you're never left wondering what to do next or waiting weeks for answers.

My minimum commitment is 3 months. That gives us enough time to build momentum, make meaningful adjustments, and create results that actually last. 

Absolutely! Your program is built around your schedule, goals, and available equipment, whether that’s a fully equipped gym, a condo gym, or home workouts (I do recommend having access to some dumbbells and bands). 

That depends on your goals, experience level, and schedule. Most clients train between 3–5 days per week, but your plan is designed around what’s realistic and sustainable for you.

Not necessarily. For some clients, macro tracking is a really helpful tool. For others, a different approach makes more sense. We’ll use the level of structure that best supports your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food.

Not at all. I work with women on a range of goals, including body recomposition, muscle building,  performance, and improving their relationship with food and training.

That’s exactly why coaching is personalized. Your plan is built to fit your real life, not the other way around, and we adjust as your schedule changes.
